Tax Manager - 6 Month Contract - Technology and Telecomms Your new company An international technology and telecommunications company is seeking a Tax Manager on an initial 6 month contract. Your new role In your new role as a Tax Manager you will work closely with the Head of Tax to support them with all tax matters:Work closely with local finance managers to manage the outsourced tax compliance processes for all entities Produce tax disclosures and assist management during tax auditsSupport the Head of Tax on ad-hoc projects such as tax structuring and MandA taxManage the Transfer Pricing documentation processSupport the Head of Tax in the development of the companies tax governance frameworksWhat you''ll need to succeed To succeed in this position, you will be a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor (or equivalent) or qualified by experience, ideally immediately available to start a new position.
