Tax Manager (EMEA) London - Financial Services - £80,000 - £100,000 depending on experience - Hybrid 4 days in officeA leading international financial services business is seeking a Tax Manager to join its EMEA finance team in London. Reporting directly to the head of tax, this is a broad in-house tax role offers exposure to complex international tax matters across multiple entities within a fast-paced global environment.Key Responsibilities in this role include:Manage UK corporation tax compliance, filings, and related reporting obligationsSupport quarterly and annual tax reporting under US GAAP across EMEA entitiesOversee international tax matters including transfer pricing and intercompany transactionsPrepare tax provisions, reconciliations, and journal entries while supporting audits and tax authority queriesPartner with internal stakeholders and external advisers on tax planning, regulatory, and business initiativesMonitor legislative developments and contribute to process improvements across the tax functionRequirementsACA, ACCA, CTA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification4+ years post qualified experienceExperience in corporate tax gained in practice and in industryStrong understanding of UK corporation tax and tax accounting principlesExposure to multinational or international tax environments preferredKnowledge of US GAAP tax reporting advantageousExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage competing priorities in a ..... full job details .....
