As a Tax Manager, you will support the Corporate Tax Senior Manager and Head of Tax across a broad range of tax matters. This is a highly varied role where strong project management and problem-solving skills are vital. While experience across multiple tax areas is beneficial, it is not essential. Key Responsibilities The role includes: Supporting the business on employment tax matters, including the management of PAYE Settlement Agreement submissions, advising on Benefits in Kind, Off-Payroll Working, National Minimum Wage compliance, overseas matters. Supporting on group tax governance matters, for example, Senior Accounting Officer requirements, Tax Strategy, Corporate Criminal Offence processes.Managing corporation tax matters for a sub-group of UK procurement companies. This includes UK tax compliance but also involves managing overseas tax advisors in relation to overseas offices.Support on property tax matters, including SDLT and related corporation tax considerations.
