OverviewSuperb opportunity for an ambitious Tax Manager to join a well established practice in Burnley. This position has come about due to succession planning by the partners who have identified a need to develop their Tax offering. The role will involve the management of the Tax department and presents an opportunity for an ambitious individual to grow and develop their own portfolio of clients. Freedom will be given to develop this your own way. Reporting to the director, you will initially be responsible for Personal tax clients who require compliance services of differing complexity.
Responsibilities
Manage the Tax department and develop the team and service offering within the practice.
Help grow and develop your own portfolio of Personal Tax clients requiring compliance services of differing complexity.
Work with the Directors to shape and implement the tax offering and client service delivery.
Qualifications
Currently working in a Personal Tax role with a minimum of 3 years Personal Tax experience within practice.
ATT or CTA qualified or qualified by experience.
