A fast-growing accountancy and advisory firm with offices in Manchester are looking to appoint an experienced Tax Manager to further develop and support their growing team, paying £57,000 - £67,000 DOE.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional looking to step into a varied, advisory-led role with exposure to a broad client portfolio, while working within a collaborative and progressive environment. You''ll work closely with senior leadership, supporting entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses across a range of tax matters.ResponsibilitiesManaging a varied portfolio of larger and more complex tax clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory supportProviding tax planning advice to business owners across areas such as acquisitions and disposals, business restructuring, remuneration planning, inheritance tax and estate planningSupporting clients with corporation tax, personal tax, capital gains tax and wider tax mattersHandling HMRC enquiries and investigations, including technical research, financial analysis and report writingActing as a technical point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholdersSupporting, mentoring and developing junior members of the tax teamBuilding strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value through proactive adviceYour AttributesCTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)Strong experience gained within an accountancy practice tax environmentSolid experience advising ..... full job details .....
