Tax Manager (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)Location: London (Hybrid)Salary: £80,000 - £130,000 base (pro rata), depending on experienceContract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (potential to go permanent) A high-growth global fintech is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join its expanding finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced international business, taking ownership of tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions while partnering with senior stakeholders on a variety of tax-related initiatives.The Role Reporting into the Head of Tax, you will be responsible for managing the group''s corporate tax compliance and reporting obligations across a complex international entity structure. You''ll work closely with external advisors, auditors and internal finance teams to ensure all tax requirements are delivered accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesManage UK and international corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.Review and oversee work completed by external tax advisors, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of filings.Prepare and support tax reporting, including current and deferred tax calculations and US GAAP tax provisions.Partner with auditors and tax authorities on compliance matters, audits and enquiries.Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess the impact on the business.Support international tax projects, including transfer pricing, new entity launches and process ..... full job details .....
