We''re working with a leading organisation in Central London that is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join its trusted finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate tax and/or indirect tax specialist who enjoys taking ownership, identifying opportunities for improvement and making a tangible difference to tax processes, controls and governance. The role Working closely with the finance team, you''ll provide focused tax leadership across the business, with a particular emphasis on reviewing and strengthening the organisation''s existing tax framework. You''ll assess current tax processes, controls and arrangements, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and develop a practical framework to enhance compliance, governance and delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing existing arrangements across corporate tax, indirect tax and employment taxes Identifying tax risks, control gaps and opportunities for improvement Recommending practical and proportionate improvements Strengthening tax structures, processes and documentation Developing and implementing robust tax controls and governance Working with external tax advisers and auditors where required Creating a clear implementation plan to ensure agreed changes ..... full job details .....
