Key responsibilitiesManage a diverse portfolio of trust and high-net-worth clients, ensuring high-quality compliance and advisory services.Review and sign off trust accounts and technical tax advice.Advise on inheritance tax, trust structuring, and succession planning.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of advisors.Build strong relationships with trustees, beneficiaries, and professional intermediaries.Support business growth through client development and marketing initiatives.Collaborate across the firm to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.Contribute to the strategic direction and operations of the trust business.
