Tax Director

We are recruiting for an experienced Tax Director to join a growing professional services team and play a key role in developing its Tax Advisory offering. This is a senior opportunity for a commercially minded tax professional who enjoys working closely with business owners and senior stakeholders, providing strategic advice and developing long-term client relationships. The Role As Tax Director, you will lead the delivery and growth of tax advisory services across a diverse client portfolio. Key responsibilities include: • Providing high-quality, commercially focused advice on complex UK tax matters. • Advising business owners, shareholders and senior management on strategic tax planning. • Supporting clients with areas including business structuring, reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, succession and exit planning, and shareholder matters. • Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Identifying and converting new business opportunities to support the growth of the Tax Advisory practice. • Leading pitches, proposals and other business development activities. • Working collaboratively with colleagues across accounting, audit, corporate finance and wider advisory teams. • Providing technical leadership and ensuring advisory work is accurate, practical and commercially relevant. • Coaching and developing members of the tax team. • Contributing to the development of new tax advisory services and market ..... full job details .....
