Tax Deals - Transfer Pricing Senior Associate

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Tax Deals – Transfer Pricing team to meet growing demand for our specialist services. We are seeking self-starting individuals who are comfortable with responsibility, enjoy a dynamic environment, and can work on multiple engagements with different teams concurrently.The transfer pricing network provides advice to clients on UK and international transfer pricing regimes, including arm''s length considerations, policy formulation, documentation, tax audit defence, and advanced pricing agreements, as well as assessing the tax impact of business changes.Responsibilities

Work with the Deals Tax practice as a subject matter specialistUndertake transfer pricing planning and pricing implementationCoordinate European and global transfer pricing engagements with specialists across the global networkSupport companies through all elements of business change (e.g., manufacturing footprint changes, supply chain changes, IP planning, transfer of manufacturing to low-cost jurisdictions, Swiss principal structures)Assist in pricing intercompany financing transactions, including long-term debt and cash poolingQualifications

Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA) or equivalent international/legal qualification or demonstrable relevant work experienceTrack record of delivering quality client work, understanding the client’s business, maintaining professional standards, and addressing problems under tight deadlinesAbility to build internal and external relationships within the UK and overseasDeveloped communication skills with negotiation and influencing abilityStrong analytical, project management, and report-writing skillsCuriosity and ability to solve problems as part of a diverse teamAbility to apply tax technical knowledge in a fast-paced commercial environmentWhat You’ll Receive From Us
