We are seeking a talented and ambitious NQ-1 PQE Tax Associate to join our growing London team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside leading tax lawyers on a broad range of sophisticated transactional and contentious matters.
About the Role:
Collaborate with senior associates and partners on a variety of tax matters, including MandA, private equity, and financing transactions.Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and manage due diligence processes.Develop strong client communication skills and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Stay current on evolving tax laws and regulations.
About You:
Newly Qualified (NQ) with 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a leading tax practice.A strong academic background in law with a focus on tax.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
