Your new role
As an Assistant Tax Manager, you will manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, overseeing their UK tax compliance requirements and supporting a range of advisory projects. You''ll work closely with Managers and Directors on complex tax matters, help develop junior team members, and build strong client relationships while gaining exposure to international and cross-border tax issues.

What you''ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong UK personal tax compliance experience, previous tax return review experience and excellent organisational and communication skills.

Additionally, a high attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines will be key.

Relevant tax qualifications - ATT/ CTA qualified and studying towards CTA would be preferable, and it would be extremely beneficial to have experience supporting junior staff.

Due to the nature of the client base, exposure to residency issues, double tax treaties, or international tax matters and experience working with internationally mobile clients or US tax matters would be highly advantageous.
