Assist with complex tax compliance matters, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Support senior team members in delivering high-quality tax solutions. Conduct research on tax legislation and apply findings to client cases. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Identify opportunities for tax planning and optimisation. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices. Contribute to the development of junior team members through mentoring and guidance. Profile A successful Tax Assistant Manager should have: Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and advisory practices. Experience working within tax advisory and compliance in professional services. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
