We are now looking for a Tax Assistant to join our Tax team to support the hands-on tax accounting and administrative requirements of the function. About the role Coordinate indirect tax data extraction and balance sheet reconciliation, including running reports from Oracle Fusion, Zuora and other systems Coordination of data submission and relationship management with external compliance providers Support year-end tax reporting processes, including critical data collection and reconciliations. Provide ad hoc administrative support for other areas of tax compliance including corporate tax, transfer pricing, and withholding taxes such as running reports and rolling forward working papers, requesting data from the relevant Tax authorities and managing online payments Help maintain and improve the Tax Team''s internal process documentation and tracking systems Assist the Indirect Tax Manager with process improvement initiatives, including basic testing of ..... full job details .....
