The role will see you working closely with individuals, families, trustees and beneficiaries on complex and rewarding matters.Your responsibilities will include advising on the creation, administration and termination of trusts, preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, obtaining Grants of Probate and providing succession planning advice. You will also advise on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax considerations, working closely alongside specialist trust administration and tax professionals to deliver a seamless service to clients.This position offers exposure to high-quality work, strong client contact and the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a respected private client practice.What ..... full job details .....
