Tax and Compliance Manager

We support agile working, with an expectation of a minimum of three days per week in the office. Reporting to the Head of Finance and working closely with the Group Tax function of our parent company, you''ll take responsibility for key tax reporting and compliance activities while helping strengthen controls, improve processes and support wider tax awareness across the organisation. As a Tax and Compliance Manager, you will: Prepare and submit the annual Corporation Tax return for the Group. Prepare quarterly corporation tax provisions and the Group Payment Arrangement estimate. Support internal stakeholders and external advisers with the preparation of the annual RDEC claim. Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns for the VAT Group. Prepare and submit the CIS return and PAYE settlement agreement. Manage and enhance the controls that support accurate and compliant tax reporting.
