Tax Advisor/Senior Tax Advisor

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice with an excellent reputation for providing bespoke tax and advisory services to entrepreneurial businesses, owner-managed companies, and high-net-worth individuals. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Tax Advisor to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional looking to move beyond compliance and develop their advisory and tax planning expertise within a supportive and technically strong environment.

Your New Role

Working closely with experienced tax specialists and partners, you will support a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), owner-managed businesses (OMBs), family-owned companies, and entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing tax compliance and advisory support across a varied client portfolio.
• Assisting with tax planning projects for HNWIs and owner-managed businesses.
• Supporting succession planning, remuneration planning, and profit extraction strategies.
• Advising clients on capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and personal tax matters.
• Assisting with corporate restructuring and business planning assignments.
• Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor.
• Keeping up to date with legislative changes and identifying opportunities to add value to clients.

What You''ll Need to Succeed

• Experience working within a professional practice tax environment.
• ATT qualified, CTA studying, or qualified (or qualified by experience).
• Strong technical tax knowledge with a desire to develop advisory capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and commercial approach to client service.
