Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert tax advice via reports / email on a broad spectrum of tax matters with a lean toward corporate tax, and owner-managed business scenarios. Handle complex advisory queries including share schemes and gifting arrangements, inheritance tax planning strategies, group loss relief optimisation, residence and domicile issues, foreign income and capital gains treatment, and business restructuring considerationsResearch and analyse intricate tax legislation and case law to support advice givenDeliver clear, practical recommendations that balance technical accuracy with commercial awarenessStay current with tax legislation changes and their practical implicationsCollaborate with colleagues on particularly complex or multi-faceted cases.
