Group Tax Analyst - Interim Contract Location: Bracknell, BerkshireRate: £400 per dayWorking Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remoteContract: Initial 3 months, with potential to extend to 6 monthsStart: ASAP The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Group Tax Analyst to join a high-performing Group Finance function on an initial 3-month interim contract, with potential for extension. This is a key role providing cover within the Group Tax function, working closely with the Group Head of Tax and wider Finance teams across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will need to be able to hit the ground running, take ownership of key tax accounting and reporting activities, and provide immediate support across a broad range of UK and international tax matters. This would suit an experienced Corporate Tax / Tax Accounting professional with previous in-house experience who is comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support UK corporate tax compliance and reporting activities. Prepare and support monthly, quarterly and year-end tax reporting. Prepare tax disclosures for statutory accounts and management reporting. Assist with corporate tax budgeting and forecasting. Prepare and calculate management fees and support associated tax considerations. Assist with transfer pricing projects, documentation and implementation.
