Tax AccountantOutskirts of Stevenage (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)Salary up to £60,000 per annumWe''re working with a well-established and growing business looking to bring in a Tax Accountant to strengthen their finance function.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a broad tax remit, partnering with the wider business, and playing a key role in ensuring compliance while adding commercial value.Reporting into the Head of Tax, you''ll be a key point of contact for all tax-related matters across multiple entities.This is a varied position combining compliance, reporting, and business partnering.You will:Prepare and review corporate tax computations and returns across multiple entitiesSupport quarterly tax reporting, including forecasts and budgeting inputsAssist with statutory reporting, including IFRS-related tax disclosuresAnalyse tax data and provide insights to support decision-makingWork closely with the wider finance team and non-finance stakeholdersSupport VAT and indirect tax processes, including property-related VAT where applicableLiaise with HMRC and external advisorsContribute to ongoing improvements in tax processes and controlsSupport and mentor junior team membersGet involved in ad hoc projects across the groupAbout YouWe''re looking for someone who is both technically strong and commercially aware.You''ll ideally have:A recognised qualification (ATT, ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent)Solid experience in corporate tax and ..... full job details .....
