Description Prepare, review and submit UK corporation tax computations, returns and related tax provisions for statutory reporting Manage corporate tax compliance, including deferred tax calculations, disclosures and emerging tax requirements Support HMRC enquiries, audits and information requests, coordinating responses and analysis Deliver VAT compliance activities, including returns, audits and HMRC interactions Provide VAT and indirect tax advice on business transactions, new activities and routes to market Identify, assess and help manage tax risks and opportunities across corporate and indirect taxes Provide tax support for transactions, restructurings, integrations, audits and business change projects Ensure accurate tax reporting and ..... full job details .....
