The Role You will work directly with young people in a range of settings, delivering individual and group interventions, managing a caseload and supporting young people who may be vulnerable, at risk of offending or displaying challenging behaviour. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan and deliver targeted interventions for young people and families. Manage a caseload and maintain accurate electronic case records. Deliver individual and group programmes to develop confidence, skills and positive behaviours. Work with young people at risk of offending, harm or poor life outcomes.
