We''re looking for a Targeted Interventions Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering early intervention and prevention support around drugs and alcohol to young people and make a real difference in their lives! About the role This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity where you will take the lead in coordinating targeted interventions across our Buckinghamshire service. You''ll work directly with young people, partners, and professionals to identify needs early and provide the right support at the right time. From delivering engaging targeted group sessions to shaping local pathways and building strong partnerships, you''ll be at the heart of making sure young people receive timely, effective support around substance misuse and risk-taking behaviours.
