Target Operating Model (TOM) Design SME

Our consultancy client are looking for an experienced TOM design lead to work on a major TPRM programme for one of their banking clients. You will lead the design and implementation of the TPRM TOM translating regulatory, risk and business requirements into clear organisational structures, processes, governance, accountabilities and capabilities while supporting effective adoption and transition into BAU. You will own the end-to-end design of the TPRM Target Operating Model and define roles, accountabilities, governance, processes, controls and service-delivery arrangements. Lead design workshops and secure alignment across Risk, Procurement, Business, Operations and Technology and manage design decisions, dependencies, risks and alignment with other programme workstreams. Oversee change-impact, implementation and business-readiness activities and prepare senior governance materials and obtain approval for key design decisions. You must have significant experience in TPRM, operating-model design, risk transformation or organisational change, with a strong understanding of the third-party risk life cycle, governance and control frameworks. Proven experience delivering complex transformation within a global bank or regulated organisation and excellent senior stakeholder management, facilitation and decision-making skills.
