Target Operating Model Specialists - SC Cleared

We are looking for an experienced Target Operating Model Specialist with active SC Clearance to join a Central Government Client.This is a high-profile role, you will support the development and implementation of two Target Operating Models. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to design future-state operating models, facilitate workshops, develop artefacts and drive consensus across complex organisational boundaries.Candidate Profile:Consulting background (Big 4, boutique consultancy or transformation consultancy)Strong experience designing operating models within technology, cyber security, digital, product or transformation organisationsExcellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skillsCan work independently in ambiguous environmentsPragmatic, delivery-focused and comfortable working at paceStrong PowerPoint, analysis and documentation skillsResponsibilities/OutcomesLead discovery and operating model design activitiesFacilitate workshops across estate and partner organisationDevelop Current State, Future State and Transition State modelsDefine governance, accountability and decision-making structuresDevelop service ownership, product management and supplier management modelsDefine people, process, technology, governance and data componentSupport business case narrative, benefits and implementation planningChallenge assumptions and identify opportunities for simplification and automationApproved TOMAgreed ..... full job details .....
