We are currently hiring a Plasterer / Tape & Jointer for a project in Birkenhead (CH43) for our client.

Job Title: Plasterer / Tape & Jointer
Location: Birkenhead CH43
Pay Rate: £25 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday 08:00 – 16:30
Days: Weekend off
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing work available

Requirements:

• Blue CSCS Card
• Experience in plastering and tape & jointing
• Full PPE
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and finishing quality

Duties include:

• Preparing work area and removing loose or hollow plaster
• Cleaning and preparing surfaces before plastering
• Applying bonding agent (PVA or SBR) to exposed areas
• Skimming with two coats of multi-finish plaster
• Feathering edges for a seamless finish
• Trowelling to a smooth finish ready for decoration
