We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to work with our well established client located in Banbury.  Location: Banbury OX16.  Hours- 10am-2pm Monday-Friday.  £15.19 p/h Temporary to permanent position.  Job Duties:  To accurately record and report payroll information. To ensure that all sickness / absence is accurately recorded in line with depot procedure and maintain training files. Ordering of all operational uniforms, ensuring prices are competitive and ordering of department stationery. Ensure all documentation relating to period end is completed within the given timescales. To ensure timely passing of transport related invoices. To provide information to facilitate the collation of period KPI’s. To ensure that all depot personnel training records are accurate, complete and up to date including new starters.
