Talent Scout - Hemel Hempstead Find, approach and sign new creators from the modelling and music worlds for a fast-growing, award-winning management agency. Please note, this is a sales and networking role, not an in-house recruitment role.Think Specialist Recruitment are working with a well-established, award-winning client. They are a leading management agency for social media creators, specialising in TikTok, and are growing rapidly. As the business expands, they are now looking for a Talent Agent to join the team and drive the growth of their creator roster.You''ll be winning over models, musicians, influencers and emerging talent who may not have considered creating content professionally. You''ll pitch the opportunity, build relationships and sign them up, much like a sales and business development role, with a social media and talent-scouting slant. Full training is provided, so you don''t need previous experience of creator management, however a existing network or contacts in the modelling or music industries would be a real advantage. This position will be based out of our clients new Hemel Hempstead HQ.
