This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of delivery and fulfilment from briefing through to hire.Working closely with hiring managers, recruitment colleagues, and supply partners, you''ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing talent across a variety of contract vacancies. You''ll be passionate about candidate experience and enjoy building strong relationships while delivering against tight timelines. What you''ll be doingManaging contract vacancies and driving recruitment activity to achieve successful outcomes.Direct sourcing candidates through a variety of attraction channels.Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Supporting contingent workforce and contractor recruitment activity.Working with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide market insight.Screening and assessing candidates to ensure quality shortlists.Managing the candidate journey from application through to onboarding.Collaborating with suppliers and recruitment partners to ensure delivery against agreed service levels.Supporting recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, ..... full job details .....
