What you''ll be doingAs a Talent Resourcing Partner, you''ll act as the key link between clients, candidates, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring the right talent is supplied at the right time.Manage the fulfilment of high-volume recruitment fulfilment across multiple locationsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholdersConduct regular weekly onsite client visits to understand workforce needs and identify opportunitiesPartner with sourcing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment journeyRegular contact with candidates, updating availability and managing performanceMonitor fulfilment activity, talent pipelines and workforce availabilityWork closely with suppliers to ensure service levels are achievedSupport seasonal recruitment campaigns and peak trading periodsContribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service delivery.Who we''re looking forOutstanding communication skillsExperience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environmentStrong organisation and prioritisation skillsThe ability to remain calm under pressureA proactive and solutions-focused approachConfidence building relationships with candidates, clients and stakeholdersA willingness to travel and meet clients face-to-face in various locations Experience in agency or ..... full job details .....
