Working within a collaborative HR and Talent team, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering a proactive, end-to-end recruitment service. This role combines operational delivery with strategic workforce planning, ensuring recruitment solutions align with wider organisational objectives.The RoleAs Talent Partner, you will manage a varied and high-volume recruitment portfolio, supporting several directorates and service areas. You will take responsibility for the full recruitment life-cycle, partnering closely with managers to understand workforce requirements, challenge recruitment approaches where appropriate and deliver innovative attraction strategies.Key responsibilities will include:Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns from vacancy approval through to appointment.Acting as the primary recruitment contact for managers, providing expert guidance on recruitment policy, procedure and best practice.Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, developing a clear understanding of workforce plans, ..... full job details .....
