With a cutting-edge offering the business is expanding rapidly and seeking a strategically minded Talent Partner to drive recruitment, succession planning and early careers development. This is a newly created and highly visible role with scope to shape talent strategy and support scale-up across international offices.What will the Talent Partner role involve? Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical and business functions, ensuring a best-in-class hiring experience.Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-value roles, working closely with hiring managers.Build and maintain a strong employer brand through job boards, social media, and industry networking.Consult with international offices to adapt hiring processes that support timely delivery, while respecting regional variations.Identify key roles and create robust succession plans in partnership with senior leadership.Develop career pathways and progression plans to retain and develop high-potential internal talent.Design and manage early careers programmes including graduate schemes and university partnerships.
