      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Key Responsibilities  Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, from role briefing to offer management Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, level, and hiring strategy Build and manage direct sourcing pipelines, reducing reliance on agencies Run a candidate experience that reflects the brand - fast, personal, well communicated Manage relationships with retained agencies where used, holding them to brief and timeline Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness Contribute to wider talent initiatives - EVP, DEI in hiring, early careers   Experience Required:  3-6 years'' recruitment experience, ideally in media or other industry sectors where you have had a similar role  Track record of owning requisitions independently, not just supporting a wider team Strong direct sourcing skills - comfortable building pipeline without waiting on agencies Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and pushing back on brief where needed Organised and data-literate - comfortable owning your own reporting   Please reach out to for more information.</description>
