This hands-on role involves taking ownership of the recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements to sourcing and onboarding candidates. Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will be confident working independently, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a high standard of candidate selection.
