Talent Acquisition Manager Annual Salary: £55000-£65000 Location: City of London Job Type: Full-time We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to support our client with a period of high growth in new countries across the EU. This hands-on role involves taking ownership of the recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements to sourcing and onboarding candidates. Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will be confident working independently, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a high standard of candidate selection. Day-to-day of the role: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial vacancy approval through to offer and handover to HR/onboarding. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, technical requirements, and candidate profiles. Develop and advertise clear and effective job descriptions and candidate specifications on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms. Proactively source and headhunt candidates, particularly for specialist, technical, and senior positions. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements. Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
