KRG are currently working exclusively with a long-established London-based model and talent agency as they look to hire a Talent Manager to focus on their growing digital creator division.This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected agency with both model and talent teams, and to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their content creator offering. The position is not HR or recruitment-focused - instead, it''s centred on talent management, commercial growth, and hands-on development of creators in the fashion and beauty space.You''ll start by managing a small, existing roster of fashion and beauty creators, while taking ownership of expanding this division and building out a best-in-class portfolio of digital talent. This is a rare chance to lead from the front, working closely with the founder to scale a key area of the business.
