We re looking for a Talent Management Specialist to support a range of initiatives focused on employee development, performance, leadership capability and succession planning. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with HR colleagues and business leaders, helping shape and deliver programmes that support both individual growth and wider organisational success.Initially offered as a six-month contract, with the possibility of a longer-term opportunity for the right individual, this role would suit someone with a strong grounding in talent management who enjoys combining programme coordination, stakeholder engagement and data analysis.What you ll be doing Talent and Succession Planning: Coordinate talent reviews, succession planning and initiatives to identify and develop future talent. Performance Management: Support performance review cycles, goal setting and development planning, ensuring processes run smoothly and to schedule. Leadership and Career Development: Coordinate leadership programmes, employee development initiatives and career progression opportunities. Reporting and Analytics: Analyse talent data, prepare reports and dashboards, and identify trends relating to engagement, retention and development.
