As we continue an exciting period of growth and investment, we''re looking for a self-starter to help re-establish and expand one of WIG''s flagship offers. The Opportunity You will have the skills and ambition to lead the delivery, growth and evolution of WIG''s secondments portfolio, including our highly regarded Charity Next programme (which places Civil Service Fast Stream graduates within no-for-profit organisations) . You will play a pivotal role in enabling leaders to build cross-sector experience, via secondments and mentoring to share expertise and strengthen collaboration for the benefit of the UK. This is a highly varied role combining programme leadership, business development, stakeholder engagement, customer service and commercial accountability.
