Talent and Events Manager

The RoleDue to continued growth, they are now seeking a

Talent and Events Manager

to work closely with the company founder/Chairman. This is a broad, hands-on role where the

Talent and Events Manager

will manage every detail of artist bookings and live performances, ensuring flawless delivery for some of the most high-profile events in the world.

Key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and managing artist bookings, contracts, riders, and invoices

Acting as a key point of contact for artists, clients, and event organisers

Planning and delivering live performances end-to-end

Overseeing logistics including travel, accommodation, scheduling, and hospitality

Managing budgets, client requests, and production requirements

Being present on-site to oversee talent, event delivery, and client satisfaction

Staying ahead of music industry trends and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business

The CandidateThe ideal candidate for the

Talent and Events Manager

role will

already be working in a talent management, music touring, or luxury events role , with proven experience in booking and managing high-profile artists. A background in event or concert production will be a strong advantage, as will the ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

Key skills and attributes include:

Experience in talent booking, contracts, and live show logistics

Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with artists and clients

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across international time zones

Comfortable working in a luxury environment with complete discretion and professionalism

Flexible approach to working hours (many events fall on evenings/weekends)

Willingness to travel to Europe when required

Experience working in a small, fast-moving, founder-led business preferred
