We''re looking for a Talent Engagement Partner to join our Talent Engagement team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. About the RoleAs a Talent Engagement Partner, you''ll play a vital role in supporting candidates through the onboarding journey, ensuring they are fully compliant and ready to start work with our clients.You''ll manage a variety of pre-employment checks including references, Right to Work verification and other compliance requirements, while providing an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.What You''ll Be DoingManaging candidate onboarding activities from offer acceptance through to start date.Processing and reviewing pre-employment screening and compliance checks.Conducting Right to Work verification activities.Liaising with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.Monitoring onboarding progress and proactively resolving issues.Managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.Supporting colleagues across the wider Talent Engagement team as required.Delivering a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
