Acting as a first point of contact for leaders and colleagues across the central support you will be able to give advice and information on all Learning and Development processes, activities and initiatives.Benefits

Manage all inductions and training for the Central Support functionsDesign and delivery of Leadership Academy for Central Support with the aim to develop our leadership capability, drive performance and grow our talentDelivery of existing training materials and Insights in line with company standardsCoordinating training with the support of the Talent AdministratorActively support continuous improvement of our programme content through the review, design and development of courses to support our blended learning approachEnsure that materials and resources are prepared in advanceWorking as part of a wider team to achieve the overall visionIdentify Training Needs within departments and support with Personnel Development PlansManage the Talent Matrix and succession processMentor and coach colleagues to be the best they can beManage, report and drive mandatory online training via the Learning Management SystemCreate eLearning to support developmentManage and drive apprenticeship trainingAbout you

Previous experience within a similar roleProven track record of designing creative and engaging leadership trainingExperience of delivering engaging trainingPassionate about developing others and confident in facilitating trainingStrong relationship management skillsOrganised with great time management skillsFacilitator or trainer qualification (ideally CIPD accredited or equivalent)Ready to start your journey with us?
