You''ll lead the development of a talent attraction strategy that strengthens employer brand, optimises campaign activity and builds sustainable pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning. What you''ll be doing: Developing and delivering talent attraction strategies aligned to workforce plans and business priorities Championing the Employer Value Proposition across all attraction activity Creating employer brand campaigns and attraction content that lands Managing relationships with external attraction agencies and recruitment marketing partners Analysing labour market trends, campaign performance and recruitment data to drive insight-led decisions Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition colleagues Championing inclusive attraction strategies and a best-in-class candidate experience Continuously innovating attraction approaches based on market insight Initially you''ll oversee performance of external attraction partners, with a clear opportunity over time to help build out in-house attraction capability - a genuine ..... full job details .....
