Leading a small team, you will play a pivotal role in Talent Attraction, Learning and Development, Career Pathways and Workforce Planning. Key responsibilities of the Talent Attraction and Development Manager: Lead the Talent Attraction and Development Team to support the organisation s People and Culture ambitions. Redesign and launch the Career Pathway Development Scheme and expand Learning and Development initiatives. Oversee talent attraction, selection, and onboarding processes to improve the candidate experience and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
