This organisation has received significant investment to embark on a multinational digital transformation program leveraging the latest agentic AI tools.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in technical, software engineering and product environments who enjoys working with senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment.The RoleManaging end-to-end recruitment, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.Supporting recruitment activity connected to major change and transformation programmes.Sourcing candidates through direct sourcing, digital platforms and multiple talent channels.Managing permanent, temporary, freelance and contracting recruitment.Partnering with hiring managers and People/HR colleagues to provide effective recruitment advice.Supporting selection and assessment processes.Using recruitment data, market insight and hiring ..... full job details .....
