Working alongside a friendly and passionate team, you''ll provide day-to-day administrative support across staff training, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly from booking through to completion. What You''ll Do Coordinate training logistics, including rooms, equipment and attendance Maintain accurate training records and upload certificates Manage the shared inbox and respond to staff queries Monitor purchase orders, invoices and training budgets Update dashboards and assist with reporting Support the wider Talent and Skills team with general administration Help identify ways to improve processes and ways of working Who You Are Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines A clear and friendly communicator with a strong customer-service approach Comfortable using MS Office and general IT systems A collaborative, flexible and proactive team player positive, adaptable and team-focused approach Previous experience in an administrative or support role is desirable Comfortable learning new systems and confident using everyday IT tools This is a great ..... full job details .....
