Talent Advisor (Temporary)Location: Remote with occasional office attendance in SE1 Contract Type: Temporary, immediate start for 8 weeks. Mon- Friday 34.5 hours Hourly Rate: 25.57 (PAYE)Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry to mid-level vacancies.Engage effectively with candidates and mid-level stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey.Collaborate with team members to drive recruitment initiatives and meet organisational goals.Ensure timely scheduling of interviews and follow-ups to maintain an efficient recruitment pipeline.Provide a supportive and positive experience for candidates, representing our client''s values.Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies that align with the organisation''s mission.What We are Looking For:Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in managing straightforward vacancies.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.A collaborative mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.A bright and switched-on individual who is willing to get involved and make an impact.Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
