This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while working flexibly across one of our UK locations or from home.About the roleReporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with senior stakeholders, you''ll lead end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical and consultancy roles.You''ll work in a hybrid environment, balancing collaboration in one of our offices (Birmingham, Northampton or London) with the flexibility to work from home.What you''ll be doingPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines and team fitSource, screen and shortlist high-quality candidates across technical disciplinesWrite and post engaging job adverts across platforms such as LinkedIn and job boardsProactively search for and engage passive candidatesCoordinate interviews and provide timely, meaningful feedbackBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsConduct reference checks where requiredTrack recruitment activity and provide regular progress ..... full job details .....
