DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Specialist - Projects will lead and deliver a number of key recruitment projects, working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation to drive successful outcomes.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Leading end-to-end recruitment projects, ensuring hiring objectives are delivered effectively and within agreed timescales.Reviewing and enhancing all candidate touchpoints, including communications, email templates and recruitment documentation, ensuring they reflect organisational values and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.Analysing recruitment data and key performance metrics to identify trends, monitor conversion rates and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Reviewing and updating ..... full job details .....
