Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support contingent workforce recruitment and lifecycle activities across multiple international markets. Working within a procurement-led contingent workforce programme, you will collaborate with hiring managers, HR, Procurement, suppliers, and workforce operations teams to coordinate an efficient, compliant, and consistent hiring experience.
You will support contingent recruitment activity from initial hiring intake through onboarding and assignment management, coordinating supplier activity, maintaining workforce data, supporting reporting, and helping to improve recruitment processes. This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, MSP, RPO, contingent workforce, or vendor management, ideally supporting recruitment across European and/or multi-country markets.
* Experience across Asia-Pacific and Latin America (advantageous)
* Understanding of contingent workforce processes, including recruitment intake, supplier engagement, onboarding, assignment extensions, offboarding, and reporting.
* Experience working with HRIS and/or Vendor Management Systems such as Workday, SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit, or similar platforms.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activity across stakeholders.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and suppliers.
* Experience maintaining recruitment data, trackers, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing processes and priorities.
* Spanish, Czech or EU language skills (highly desirable)
