We are recruiting for 2 Talent Acquisition Partners on contract to work for a leading Defence andamp; Space organisation.The role can be based 3 days per week in Bristol or Chester offices and 2 days remotely.Job SpecDay-to-day, you will manage every aspect of recruitment on your portfolio of vacancies, from initial briefing through to offer stage, hiring a broad mix of skills. Predominantly focused on attracting and sourcing technical/engineering profiles, you''ll need to use every technique you''ve gained as an experienced TA professional to find the best people for the business You''ll be in close proximity to your stakeholders in the business, so you should be comfortable understanding business needs and confident in talking honestly and openly as a true business partner.
